”這個詞的意思很容易混淆，

在美式英語中，通常指某人生氣了，氣瘋了；怒衝衝的

而在英式英語中，這個詞的意思就是爛醉的；醉醺醺的。

To be pissed

指的是喝醉，

to be on the piss

指的是出去嗨，喝大酒去，

跟別人講

piss off

是讓這人滾開，

但是

to be pissed off

和美式英語中的意思相同，就是覺得某人很煩。

To piss about

是指愚蠢或亂七八糟，

而

to take the piss out of someone

是指開某人的玩笑或挑逗某人。
