《物華天寶》：恭城油茶、恭城月柿

“恭城油茶噴噴香，又有茶葉又有姜；當年乾隆喝兩碗，給它取名‘爽神湯’。”恭城油茶，作為恭城瑤族最具特色的傳統飲食，是我縣的“長壽密碼”，具有消食健胃、提神醒腦、驅溼避瘴的功效。作為重要的瑤族文化符號，恭城瑤族油茶習俗被列入“國家級非物質文化遺產名錄”。

恭城是“中國月柿之鄉”，已有400多年的月柿栽培、加工歷史，恭城月柿果形美觀，個大皮薄，肉厚無核，因加工成柿餅後如圓月而得名，柿餅甘柔如飴，脆柿味甜可口，凍柿清香似蜜，是全國名特優新農產品，獲“農業部農產品地理標誌登記保護”。月柿系列產品遠銷日本、泰國等東南亞地區及歐盟國家。

Aromatic Gongcheng oil Tea has tea leaf and ginger； Emperor Qianlong drank two bowls and named it“the soul refreshing soup”。 Gongcheng oil tea，as the most characteristic and traditional beverage of Yao people in Gongcheng，is the secret to longevity in our county。 It is good for digestion and strengthening the stomach， refreshing and awakening the brain， eliminating the eczema and avoiding miasma。 As the important cultural symbol of Yao culture， Gongcheng Yao’s oil tea customs were included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage list。
