把自己連根拔起，去陽光明媚的地方

一句話瑜伽，第143期Brooke：當夏天來臨，我純粹是一個更快樂的人。I am an all-around happier person when summer is the season。

寒冷的天氣影響我的心情，飲食習慣，我變胖，渴求碳水化合物，失去能量，動力等。The cold weather affects my mood， eating habits， I gain weight， crave carbs， lose energy， motivation and so on。

我認為這對很多人來說都是這樣的……夏天初現，我的整個生活都變得明朗起來。I think it‘s this way for many people。。。At the slightest signs of summer，my whole life brightens up。

每天養成健康的飲食習慣，鍛鍊身體和曬太陽。樂趣是永恆的！T develop healthy habits of eating， working out and getting out in the sun daily。AND THE FUN IS ENDL 。ESS！

因為我可以在河流，湖泊，海洋中玩耍，並盡一切努力。就像今天我要去湖邊划槳一樣。Because I get to play in rivers， lakes， oceans， and do all thethings。 Like today I am going paddle boarding at the lake。

我不滿足。我認為，一年四季都應該感受到快樂和滿足。否則我們浪費寶貴的時間。But I don ’t like feeling as if I‘m living JUST for summer。I think happiness and contentment should be felt all year round。Or else we are wasting precious time。

今年冬天，我專注於保持積極尋找光明，而不是讓自己陷入悲傷的公寓。This winter I focused on staying positive and seeing the light instead of putting myself into the winter sadness department。

也許我會把自己連根拔起，去陽光明媚的地方。 Maybe I’ll uproot myself to somewhere sunny all the time。
