Conversation 1

Driver： Good morning， madam。

司機：早安，女士。

Nana： Good morning， sir。

娜娜：早上好，先生。

Driver： Where to？

司機：要去哪兒？

Nana： To West Coast Hotel。

娜娜：去西海岸大酒店。

Driver： All right。

司機：好的。

Nana： How long does it take by taxi from the airport to the hotel？

娜娜：從機場到酒店打的需要多長時間？

Driver： We’ll be there in thirty minutes， if the traffic is not heavy。

司機：如果交通不擁堵的話，30分鐘就到了。

Nana： Very good。

娜娜：太好了。

Driver： Here we are。

司機：到了。

Nana： How much do I owe you？

娜娜：多少錢？

Driver： We go by the meter。 That’s one hundred and five yuan。

司機：按計價表收費，105元。

Nana： Here’s one hundred and ten yuan。 You can keep the change。

娜娜：這是110元。不用找了。

Driver： Thank you。 Here’s your receipt。

司機：謝謝。給你發票。

Conversation 2

John： It looks very nice。

約翰：看上去很美啊。

Nana： Yes， it does。

娜娜：是的，美極了。

John： The coconut palms on either side of the street are quite lovely。

約翰：道路兩邊的椰子樹太漂亮了。

Nana： Yes。 So Hainan is called a Coconut Island。

娜娜：當然了。所以海南被稱為“椰島”。

John：（Speaking to the driver） Sir， could you stop here for a moment， please？ I’d like to take a few pictures。

約翰：（對司機說）先生，能停一會嗎？我想拍幾張照。

Driver： Sorry。 This is a no-parking zone。 But wait a minute， please。

司機：很遺憾，這一帶禁止停車。請等一下。

John：Oh， I’m sorry for that。 哦，對不起。

Driver： That’s all right。 沒關係。
