頻度副詞，頻度為5%左右。

I hardly ever watch TV on school

◆常用於一般現在時態。

也用於一般過去時，表示過去總是/

經常 /有時……做某事。

◆常位於be動詞、助動詞或情態動詞

之後，實義動詞之前。

◆按頻率由高到低排列：

always>usually>often>sometimes

>seldom>hardly ever>never

◆對頻度副詞提問，用how often作疑

問詞。

① always（100%）總是，永遠

◆常用於動詞的一般現在時態。

We always exercise in the

morning。 我們總是在上午鍛鍊。

◆有時用於現在進行時，意思是“老

是，總是”帶有厭煩、不滿、讚美

等感情色彩。

He’s always coming late。

② usually（75%）通常地；一般地

有時置於句首，為了強調。

We usually have four classes in

B： 它可能在你的書桌裡。

◆maybe和 may be同義句轉換。

=Maybe he is at home。

◆maybe和may+do的同義句轉換，注意

動詞形式。

adj。& pron。最小的；最少的

little的比較級、最高階：less least
