Can you tell our viewers what is so special about the new Crossfire 500?

Rainer:

Well the goal was to bring a modern bike into the world of Brixton。Try to find a way to take out parts of the graphic design and put it into the bike design。Right now, I think we find a proper way to do that and this bike really shows 100% of Brixton DNA and we’re very confident that this bike will find its place。

Hi, Chris, welcome to the workshop。

Elias, I was hoping you could tell our audience some more about the technical key facts of this bike。

Elias:

Sure, the engine is a 486cc, two cylinder, double overhead camshaft inline engine。This 48 horsepower which is the limit of the A2 class,and it’s fully prepared for Euro 5 in 2021。 We put the brakes from the Spanish supplier J。Juan on it together with the Bosch ABS system,It really stops the bike safely。 We chose a Japanese supplier for the suspension called KYB and it’s adjustable front and rear。Paired with the Pirelli tires it is ready for really cool corners。Our design requirements gave us no other choice than use full LED lights front rear and on the turn lights。

當然,從引擎開始,雙缸雙頂置凸輪軸直列發動機,排量為486cc,48匹的馬力已經到達A2的標準極限,並且已經做好了2021年歐五(排放標準)的準備,我們採用了來自西班牙西互的剎車,配合博世的ABS系統,可以讓你很安全地對這輛車進行制動。我們選擇來自日本的KYB作為減震供應商,並且前後(叉)都進行了適配,搭配倍耐力的輪胎,讓它時刻保持狀態,我們的設計要求我們從前到後都必須使用LED光源,包括轉向燈。

Awsome, Elias, maybe you can also tell us something about the seating position of the bike?

酷。Elias,關於這輛車的騎行姿態,你有什麼想告訴我們的嗎?

Elias:

The seating position is quite relaxing with a slights sporty touch of forward-leaning to take the hard corners。The whole bike has just 180 kilogram which is a quite good value for this vehicle class。 And don’t forget the outstanding parts for this vehicle class,which are a full stainless steel exhaust system and aluminum’s spoke rims。

整個騎行姿態是相當放鬆的,略微有一點運動質感的前傾,可以更好地掌控硬核彎道,整車質量只有180kg,這在同等級的車輛中都是佼佼者,還有,全不鏽鋼排氣系統和鋁製輪圈,也是這輛車出彩的地方。

Thank you Elias,thanks for explaining all the hard facts and details about the technical components of this bike,but now to be honest I know are a passional motorcycle rider by yourself and you’ve got to test this bike quite intense over the last few months。What’s your personal experience riding it?

謝謝,Elias,謝謝你從技術的角度跟我們講解了這輛車的諸多細節,不過說實話,我知道你私下裡也是一個摩托車騎士,你自己也騎行測試了這輛車好幾個月,從個人角度出發,你的騎行感受如何?

Elias:

To be honest I enjoyed every kilometer on it, it’s such a nice easy-to-ride bike and every test rider of us said the same,it is such a natural feeling on the bike,that it’s just fun to ride it。 The good thing on it is that it is perfect for inner-city daily use,but you can also enjoy your weekend personal adventures and if you want to ride your well-known home track,the track everybody of us has its favorite track at home,you can take it also a little bit more sporty。

說實話,它不僅是一個城市日常代步的完美選擇,並且可以讓你充分享受週末時分的“私人大冒險”,如果你想要騎一條眾所周知的線路,就是那種我們每個人都愛騎行回家的路線,你也可以稍微帶點運動性的去拿下它。
