你來電話了，

意思就是你手機或者座機有人打進來。

所以可以說，

You have/got a phone call！

有的時候也可以直接說

Phone call！

並且在來電時，

你的手機一定在響，

所以也可以說成

Your phone is ringing！

如果你是公司前臺，

有人打電話找你的某位同事，

你可以說

It‘s for you！

當然也可以說

Phone call for you！

比如，
